Es handelt sich um eine s.g. "All-incl.-Miete". D.h. alle Nebenkosten sind enthalten. Diese stellen sich im Einzelnen wie folgt dar: Incl. Einbauküche, Esstisch und Stühle, Strom, Kalt-/Warmwasser, Abwasser, Steuern, Gebäudeversicherungen, Müllgebühren, Heizung, TV-Empfang, Internet Anschluss, Kosten für Hausmeister und Reinigungspersonal (Für die Treppenhäuser) und Willkommenspaket!
